Our Speed Switch Division offers many models for use in a wide variety of applications. The product line includes electromechanical devices that need no electrical input power to operate as well as electronic and proximity devices requiring no periodic calibration or field maintenance, with operating ranges from 0.1 to 2,000 RPM. The longest known installed speed switch is 45 years!
The AcoustiClean Division manufactures sonic horns designed to produce and amplify low-frequency sound vibrations at high volume for removal of particulate build-up. Common applications include: baghouses, bins and silos, hoppers, electrostatic precipitators (ESP), and selective catalytic reduction (SCR). Our line of sonic horns is fashioned after one of the most successful and widely used designs developed by Jeff Shelton and the Drayton Corporation.
The Airsweep Systems line of bin discharge products instantly induces flow of wet, sticky, or dry materials without vibration or noise. Powerful air pulses are directed between the material and vessel wall to start and maintain material flow, or can be used as an aid in cleaning equipment between product runs. The patented nozzle design provides an instant reseal to eliminate clogging or material feedback and can be installed entirely from the exterior of the vessel. Our Counting Devices Division specializes in the manufacture of “Diff Counters” used by hospitals, medical and scientific laboratories, as well as the transit and food industries for over 60 years. Cell counters can be stroked by ‘touch', with little practice, much like a keyboard, so the operator's eyes are not diverted from the microscope, table or counter top and counts are completed quickly and accurately.
