ACOUSTICLEAN
can provide Asco solenoid valves and Asco valves with timers.
These valves are the top of the line. The timers plug directly
into the DIN contacts on the valves and allow for easy setting
of the interval and the length of time the ACOUSTICLEAN horn
will sound. |
| Stainless Steel Flex hoses |
ACOUSTICLEAN can
provide stainless steel braided flex hoses to connect the
horn to the solenoid valve and the hard piping from your
compressor. |
| PLCs |
Where there are multiple horns inside a
single vessel, the control of the interval and duration is
best controlled by a PLC. Acousticlean can provide PLCs programmed
for the recommended horn settings. |
| Sound Generators |
After several years of constant use the
sound generator will need to be re-machined. ACOUSTICLEAN can
provide replacement sound generators to swap out the worn ones.ACOUSTICLEAN sound generators can be made to fit Draton and
other horns if necessary. |
| Titanium Diagraphams and Gaskets |
The only moving part in an ACOUSTICLEAN sonic horn is the titanium diagrapham. The diagrapham and sound
generator gasket should be replaced yearly. ACOUSTICLEAN keeps
diagraphams in stock. ACOUSTICLEAN diagraphams can also be
made to fit Draton and other horns if necessary. |
